You already call A1 when metal breaks. We can now do the same job in plastic: replacement parts you cannot buy anymore, one-off brackets and guards, prototypes before you commit to steel, and short production runs. It runs under the name A1 Rapid Parts, same shop, same phone, same people.
What you can get printed
Replacement parts
Send the broken piece. We reproduce it, even if the manufacturer stopped making it years ago.
Brackets, guards, fixtures
Spacers, bushings, knobs, housings, panels, jigs. Anything with no off-the-shelf option.
Prototypes
Check fit and function in plastic before we cut metal or build a mold.
Short runs
Roughly 10 to 100 identical parts, priced with a setup fee plus per-unit.
Plastics that hold up outdoors, in the sun, under the hood, and around chemicals, plus carbon-fiber nylon for load-bearing parts and flexible TPU for gaskets and bumpers. We do not print safety-critical parts (lifting, rigging, climbing, firearms, medical, structural).
How it works
Send a photo with a tape measure in frame, a sketch, the broken part, or a CAD file.
We quote it free, with a firm ship date. CAD time, if any, is quoted up front.
We print, finish, and ship. Most jobs go out within a few days of an approved quote.
